New Song ‘SUPERMAN’ is Included in the Album!

Version B of Super Junior’s 5th album will be released on the 22nd of this month.

New song ‘SUPERMAN’ is included in the Version B with 12 songs which were already included in version A so the album is enough to present charms and various music styles of Super Junior.

New song ‘SUPERMAN’ is a minimalism Hip-Hop song which claims to support S.M.P. The melody is formed with lower register sound so the flow of the song is very impressive. The Lyric presents Super Junior’s passion and attitude for the music and stages with humorous expressions so it doubles the interest of the song.

In addition, album jacket of version B is designed in different style from version A. If the jacket of version A showed surprising changes of Super Junior, jacket of version B presents the masculine and powerful images of Super Junior, so it’s predicted to receive tremendous responses from music fans.

Especially, version A of ‘Mr. Simple’ already received explosive responses from fans by being ranked on 1st place of this year’s (Jan. 1st ~ Aug. 16th) album sales (130,000 album sales) according to Hanteo Chart and it’s proving the sales power of Super Junior who recorded the ‘Album King’ for two consecutive years.

SuperJunior-M held the Beijing fan meeting and had a great time with the fans.

5,000 Beijing fans gathered at the fan meeting which was held in ‘Beijing Wukesong Culture & Sports Center’ on August 16th at 7:30 p.m. SuperJunior-M’s tremendous popularity in Chinese territory was recognized by music fans again.

In this event, SuperJunior-M received explosive response from fans by performing passionate and powerful stages including ‘太完美 (Perfection)’ which was loved in China and Taiwan, ‘命运线 (Destiny),’ ‘幸福微甜 (Love is sweet),’ ‘Super Girl’ etc.

Also, each member of SuperJunior-M heated up the event by performing their individual stages such as Kyuhyun’s lovely ballad song ‘如果你也听说,’ Henry’s ‘表白,’ Ryeowook’s ‘我只在乎你,’ Donghae and Ryewook’s duet song ‘지금처럼,’ Zhoumi’s ‘当你,’ Sungmin’s ‘可惜不是你,’ Siwon’s ‘说好的幸福呢’ and Eunhyuk’s dance stage.

In addition, each of the members enjoyed the meeting by chatting with fans about pictures of cities in China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Xian etc. and presented autographed posters and CDs to fans.

슈퍼주니어-M이 북경에서 팬미팅을 열고 팬들과 즐거운 만남을 가졌다.

지난 16일 저녁 7시 30분(현지시간) ‘북경만사달중심(우커송체육관)’에서 진행된 이번 팬미팅에는 슈퍼주니어-M을 만나기 위해 운집한 5,000여 명의 북경 팬들로 성황을 이뤄 중국어권 최고 인기 스타다운 슈퍼주니어-M의 뜨거운 인기를 다시 한 번 실감케 했다

By being selected as a cover model for the September issue of CeCi (published both in Korea and China), Super Junior showed their popularity from not only in the music, advertising industry but also in the fashion industry.

Especially, the September issue of CeCi is scheduled to present additional special cover of Super Junior for domestic and foreign fans. Super Junior members have transformed into thriller movie characters such as police detective, prosecutor, etc. for special photobook in the magazine so it is expected to draw the attention of fans in Asia.

Ranked 1st on the Weekly Album Chart for Two Consecutive Weeks! 

Known as ‘Album King (음반킹),’ Super Junior proved their power again by ranking first on the weekly album chart for two consecutive weeks with the sales of over 100,000 copies for the 5th album, ‘Mr. Simple.’

According to Hanteo chart (count website for album sales), Super Junior’s 5th album ‘Mr. Simple,’ which was released on the 3rd, was sold over 100,000 copies till the 15th and took the 1st place on the weekly chart(compiled between August 8th and August 14th) for two consecutive weeks.  

Also, the title song, ‘Mr. Simple’ has been in the upper ranks on the weekly chart of various music websites(ranked 2nd in Soribada, ranked 4th in Melon, ranked 4th in Bugs, etc) and has been making successful progress in all the album and music charts.

Moreover, the title song ‘Mr. Simple’ won the first place right after their comeback on ‘M.net Mcountdown’ (8/11) and on ‘KBS Music Bank’ (8/12) as well.  

In addition Super Junior captured hearts of music fans all over the world by presenting their refined looks and powerful performance as well as the addictive melody of ‘Mr. Simple.’ Also, the music video of ‘Mr. Simple’ received over 6.7million views on YouTube and proved their global popularity and high influence.
